A pleasure dealing with Melvin! Grateful for his personal touch. Negotiates well for seller; communicates clearly with buyer. Honest and timely, he'd done his homework on the property. If he didn't know - he found out. More a Perth generalist but still his knowledge of market, compliance and process is excellent. He liaised well with all through pre-settlement and went beyond, afterwards. This sale at the higher end of his typical portfolio, I'm sure he'd do the same for all. Highly recommend.
